St. Catherine Tea Pavilion - Self-catering cabin in Bath & N.E. Somerset
The Mead
St Catherine, Bath, BA1 8EZ, Bath & N.E. Somerset
England,
Reino Unido
A gorgeous wooden cabin with a babbling brook at the bottom of the garden. Up a private track and surrounded by fields and woodland, this is an enchanting rural escape where you can pick apples from the orchard and get the wood-burner blazing with logs from the garden. Inside you'll find sheepskins, reclaimed floorboards, floral sofas and an artist's easel if you are inspired.
A kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and some treats; you can eat in the open-plan living space or out on the veranda. Sleep peacefully in a cosy bedroom with a super-king cabin bed, and there's a day bed and a cot for children. In the garden willow, hazel, ash and field maple give shade, while spring bulbs and wildflowers burst with colour and scent; here wooden benches are scattered with colourful cushions and you can immerse yourself in birdsong and peace.
Walks along the river are sublime, or head deep into the valley to find St Catherine's Court.

- For the authentic Bath experience take a few hours at the Thermae Spa to immerse in the healing waters and spend an evening star gazing from the warm roof top pool.
