Woofield Apartments - Self-catering in Gloucestershire
Newland, GL16 8NJ, Gloucestershire
England,
Reino Unido
The village of Newland in the heart of the Wye Valley is the perfect spot for a country getaway, it's deliciously rural but you're close to heaps of outdoorsy stuff, it has a superb pub, The Ostrich, and a rather fabulous Georgian house, resplendent in coral pink, where you stay. The interior designer owners have lavished love and attention on the property and brought it screaming back to life.
Inside, two apartments sleep two and the third sleeps four. All are bright, bold and delightfully comfy; expect smart linens on spoiling beds, luxury bathrooms and top-of-the-range kitchens. Nespresso machines for early-morning coffee, WiFi for planning your adventures and Smart TV for rainy days.
The Wye Valley is waiting to be explored, hire canoes or kayaks and cruise down the river Wye, walk Offa's Dyke path, cycle everywhere. Gather on the sunny terrace for an apéritif then stroll to the pub in the village for a hearty supper.
