The Hall - Bed & Breakfast in Shropshire
Bucknell, SY7 0AA, Shropshire
England,
Reino Unido
Matt and Juliet have breathed new life into this attractive old house close to the Welsh border. They love welcoming guests and your stay starts with a home-baked something and hot drinks - and a tour of the cellar if you’d like with its salting tables and the remains of huge old cider barrels.
Bedrooms in airy vaulted spaces come with sofas and flowers. Wake for imaginative breakfasts: homemade bread, rhubarb and ginger jam, buckwheat granola and apple juice, porridge with cream and whisky, spicy Mexican beans on toast, Ludlow sausages, poached home-laid eggs with avocado on sourdough topped with tomato, garlic and chilli...
Join the Heart of Wales Line Trail, have a foodie day in Ludlow, catch the evening sun from a pretty garden spot, finish off with a Moroccan rose oil bath before bed.
