Manor Farm House - Self-catering in Wiltshire
Manor Farm House
West End
Bishops Cannings, Devizes, SN10 2LL, Wiltshire
England,
Reino Unido
The house exudes a homely, family-friendly feel with good art on the walls, lovely furniture, bold colours and masses of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Designated chef will be happy in the super kitchen, a sociable hub, where everyone can pitch in or hang around and chat. You'll eat in the flag stoned dining room which opens onto the garden terrace - a lovely spot for barbecues on warm evenings.
Grown-ups get their own sitting room for aperitifs in front of the open fire, record player on, while the kids get the bigger more relaxed sitting room which happens to have the best garden view for morning coffee. Spill outside to tumble on the lawn, play netball and table tennis, picnic in the meadow, watch swallows swoop and gaze at spectacular sunsets.
Walk from the door through hills and valleys, cycle into Devizes, try Rick Stein's bistro in Marlborough. Return to sleep in gorgeous bedrooms. Teens get the attic.
