Smart property on the 500-acre Farncombe Estate near Chipping Campden, with activities to suit all ages and a hot tub on the terrace

This immaculately finished property is well-designed and equipped for a large group or family celebration, and is great for adults and kids alike - fun extras include a music corner with record player and records, and two retro games machines (Pac Man and Space Invaders).

The main living area and some bedrooms are on the first floor, with the rest of the bedrooms below, and there's a useful boot room for wet gear. Admire the spectacular countryside views from the hot tub set under a cherry tree on the terrace, or sit at the table and enjoy the sunset with a drink.

Adventurous activities you can book on the estate include hovercraft, axe throwing, clay shooting and archery. A welcome hamper is provided with milk, fresh bread, butter, jam and fruit, and you can cook together in the state-of-the art kitchen, choose from several restaurants at the hotel, or head to Chipping Campden or Broadway, only a five-minute drive away.
