The Coach House - Self-catering in Worcestershire
Vine Lane, Kyre, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire
England,
Reino Unido
Way up a simple track, your stone-walled, stone-tiled hideaway was built almost entirely from reclaimed materials. Much of it crafted by Ellie, who will greet you on arrival and lives in a 16th century timber-framed house on the estate.
Inside is open plan and easy and filled with fresh flowers. Recline on your leather chesterfield, toes directed at a wood-burner stacked with logs from the woods, or sit out on the veranda with Ellie’s homemade cake or a glass of wine - there are magnificent views across open pastures to the Teme and Kyre valleys.
Venture further to foodie Ludlow, book-lined Hay-on-Wye and the grand industrial heritage that is Ironbridge. Or you can take to the slow life on the steam railway, stride out on the Mortimer Trail, meander through Herefordshire villages. Return to much tranquillity.
