Up a winding track is this 17th-century cottage with a Georgian extension. In the tiled reception area you'll find a small bar with interesting wines and Welsh beers for sale along with local jams and soaps. A big guest sitting room has an open fire, books and magazines, a good selection of original art and inviting sofas. A delicious cooked breakfast awaits in the morning, with vegetarian and vegan options and freshly ground coffee. There are two dining rooms so you can choose to be sociable or a bit more private.
Alan is an ex-chef and will do supper - wholesome, home-cooked and as local or organic as possible. Otherwise there's a pub less than a mile away for fairly decent grub. You sleep under pretty Welsh blankets in upstairs rooms with views - each has a little booklet with the history of the farm.
A gravelled area out the back has tables and chairs for sunny days.

- Visit the Last Invasion Tapestry gallery in Fishguard's Town Hall. Wales' answer to the Bayeux Tapestry depicting the last invasion of mainland Britain near Fishguard, by the French in 1979. A remarkable piece of work, full of history, humour, and colour.
- Strumble head and the surrounding area. Beautiful, rugged, remote and unspoilt, with some excellent hiking trails adjacent to the lighthouse. The best one, is the short hike up to the top of Garn Fawr from the nearby parking area. Spectacular!!
- Explore the World renowned Pembrokeshire Coast Path, through the UK's only coastal national park. Easily accessed from the B&B, explore this remote part of North Pembrokeshire. Late summer is great for seal and dolphin spotting.
- There are some fabulous beaches in North Pembrokeshire from the busy beaches like Whitesands and Newport to the more secluded, like Abermawr and Aberbach, near the famous Melin Tregwynt. It's worth venturing off the beaten track to find your favourite.
- Enjoy freshly landed seafood from the harbour towns of Lower Fishguard, Newport and Slova. Some of the best shellfish that Wales has to offer can be found in the waters off the Pembrokeshire Coast. Mrs Will the Fish and Walshie's offer seafood takeaways.
