La Belle Eco - Bed & Breakfast in Aude
La Belle Eco, Codaigues, 11290 Montreal, Aude
Languedoc - Roussillon,
Francia
It's gorgeous here. The feel is historic, individual and authentic with some lovely architectural features like the restored Art Deco wallpaper in the salon, a signed 1871 stained glass window and the laundry room converted into an 'Orient Express' style bathroom. There are five large and elegant bedrooms, most with separate seating areas, all with fridges and Nespresso machines, lovely antiques and superb views.
Breakfast is organic with homemade granola and yogurt, fruit from the garden, eggs from the owners' chickens and fresh breads, all served in the elegant dining room or outdoors. The house employs a live-in cook and delicious organic lunches and suppers can be arranged if you want. You'll find a natural pool in the garden, walks are sublime, electric bikes can be borrowed and you can do yoga in the pretty gardens.
Take the whole place, have an intimate or large party, get married. All can be handled with ease and charm.
