High ceilings, large reception rooms and classical proportions along with 30's inspired interiors will attract those who like a little glamour: white leather sofas in the drawing room, mirrored furniture, lots of black and white. It all conjures up images of dressing up smartly and cocktails before dinner. There are two gardens with lawns, a terrace and a hot tub facing south, plus your own private one if you stay in the 'Cygne' suite. Take breakfast on the terrace on warm days: homemade yogurt, brioche and jams, bread and pastries from the local bakery, cheeses, eggs and ham.
Traditional table d'hôte dinners are served on Sundays and Mondays: regional dishes like Carbonnade Flamande, cheese platter, homemade puddings and local beers from this beer-making area. Bedrooms (one on the ground floor) are named after birds and have garden views.
