It's a lovely spot in an AONB, on the edge of a village in the South Downs National Park. The feel is very rural but it's a five-minute drive to Liphook. The ground floor is open-plan with a sleek modern kitchen and a table for four at one end and a comfortable seating area at the other. The lovely old beams give some character and there are William Morris designs on curtains and cushions. You'll find books, games and a TV if you're marooned indoors.
The downstairs bedroom can be a super king or twins, the upstairs a king size; mattresses are super and bedding crisp. Both have light and spacious en suite bathrooms in calming colours. You can sit on the small, bricked terrace overlooking the courtyard for an evening drink, or head to a little grassed garden with a gate 100 metres away, safe for children and nice for sunbathing.
You'll find biscuits or cake waiting and basics like tea, coffee and milk.
