The Tithe House - Self-catering barn in Powys
Glascwm, LD1 5SE, Powys
Wales,
Reino Unido
You're down a track and through a gate so children can romp safely. They'll have total freedom to go exploring, make dens and paddle. Adults can unwind in the huge sitting room, helping themselves to plenty of logs for the wood-burner, or seek some peace in the little snug with a TV and many books. Enjoy drinks in the covered shack or play games, darts and practise your karaoke in the drinks cabin.
Much thought has gone into making this the perfect house for a holiday: two kitchens - so if you want to bring caterers they can have their own - plenty of room to cook sociably and large tables inside and out for convivial meals. You'll also find a welcome hamper waiting for you and locally-sourced bath products. Outside find a hot tub, firepits for starry nights and an enchanting Japanese garden.
This is stunning countryside: climb the big hill behind you for views to the Brecon Beacons; buzzards and red kites soar overhead. You'll feel lucky to be here.
