Down by the pool there are comfy loungers, a little pool house and a yoga deck up the hillside for magical sessions while the sun sets.
Inside the 400-year-old house find cool tiled floors, a comfortable sitting room with a beamed ceiling, interesting objets d'art and a fireplace for rare cold evenings. Two big bedrooms, one downstairs, one up have shutters, mosquito-proof windows, deep mattresses and air conditioning – you'll sleep peacefully.
Wake to a healthy breakfast of freshly made smoothies, fruit, perhaps avocado on toast, nothing from a supermarket. Walk in the mountains, drive into town.
