The finca is a long, low, graceful stone building belonging to the family since 1784. You stay in an elegant suite or self-catering apartments in the main house or stylish cottages fashioned from the farm's outbuildings. Lovely rooms are furnished with rustic elegance; imagine hand-painted tiles, smart sofas and country antiques.
Breakfast is served in the main house, on the terrace or in your cottage. They take their eco credentials seriously and much of what you eat comes from the estate's 100 hectares (over 200 sheep, a plantation of almond, carob and fig trees) and the organic walled kitchen garden. They also make all their own bread, yogurt and preserves. Book in for dinner or head into town (3km).
Life centres around a large terrace with a wood-burning stove that looks onto a pretty palm-fringed pool: mountain views and hectares of ancient woodland are yours to roam. Perfect for families, nature lovers and peace seekers.
