Two elegant Georgian townhouses sit less than a mile from Buckingham Palace, with Westminster, Sloane Square and Piccadilly all a short stroll. Breakfast is served in 'The Buttery' which is a bustling café so you must book your table when you check in. Find all the usual suspects, made with care from excellent ingredients - eggs from Cackleberry Farm, bread from Paul Rhodes Bakery, coffee from The Gentlemen Baristas.
Bedrooms are all different: some with original fireplaces and high ceilings, while those on the top floor have a cosier feel. All are full of character and there are seven single bedrooms - a bonus in town. There's no guest sitting room as such, but there are comfortable corners to sit with a book and plan your day, or you can find a spot in the peaceful garden.
Wander out to explore leafy Belgravia from the listed, 19th-century building, whose name gives a nod to the linden trees traditionally found in London squares.

- Sloane Square and the wonderful shopping of the Kings Road are just a five minute stroll from our door.
- Chelsea Physic Garden is one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world and is a beautiful spot to get away from it all, well worth the 15 minute walk on a bright day!
