Dolbelidr - Self-catering house in Denbighshire
Dolbelidr, St.Asaph, Trefnant, Denbigh, TN31 6RG, Denbighshire
Wales,
Regno Unito
Built in 1929, this stunning Arts and Crafts style house was designed by the famous architect Sir Guy Dawber who, at the time, was president of the RIBA. It's a gracious house, large and homely and has a wonderful feel with three spacious reception rooms and five bedrooms so you can all spread out. The formal drawing room has large picture windows, the TV room has a sofa and desk and there's a study/reading room too.
The hub of the house is the farmhouse kitchen, large enough for everyone to join in – gather round the large island or trot down a couple of steps to the conservatory with its convivial table for meals looking over the garden. You will find a generous welcome hamper which includes Welsh cakes, Welsh butter and jam and a homemade cake. In summer you'll be eating outdoors on the south-facing terrace, lounging on the lawns or scrumping from the orchard.
Denbigh is just three miles away for shops and restaurants.
