In a quiet rural setting with plenty of rambles up hill and down dale. There are plenty of walks around the farm (watch out for tractors) or hop in the car to visit Snowdonia or the Cambrian Coast. Friendly host Christine will be happy to introduce you to the cows and sheep on this prize-winning organic farm.
Convivial meals can be dished up on the sunny garden patio – sizzling straight from the barbecue – or at the big table in the uncomplicated kitchen. Great care has been lavished on the restoration, with oak floors and doors, a wood-burning stove and three unfussy bedrooms.
You’re within striking distance of top sights: four National Trust properties within an hour’s drive, zip-lining, kayaking, pony trekking.
