Enter a gorgeous open-plan living space with exposed stone walls – the feel is authentic yet very comfortable. Light pours in, the sofa and chairs are inviting and there's a dining table and kitchen overlooking the garden. On cooler evenings you can light the wood-burner and settle in with a good book. The master bedroom is separated from the living area by a glazed roof with thick curtains for privacy.
Upstairs is a mezzanine bedroom with a stair gate in place then a sweet single up in the eaves with a large Velux and parquet flooring. The kitchen has a good oven and all the kit you need, but you can have a breakfast hamper delivered with freshly squeezed orange juice, baguette, butter, jams, pastry or homemade crêpes, yogurts and fresh fruit.
In the grounds there's a communal ping-pong table, swings for children and you can say hello to the free-range chickens. Ten minutes away: the bakery, shops, the market, beaches, golf, restaurants and hiking trails.
