Le Moulin sur Célé - Self-catering house in Lot
46160 Saint-Sulpice, Lot
Midi - Pyrénées,
Francia
A sheltered, bountiful setting for these two old stone buildings on either side of a large terrace. Interiors are graceful, simple, extremely comfortable: a large sitting room in the main house and an equally spacious one in the Tower mean you can all gather together, or some can slip off for a bit of peace - just the ticket for mixed age groups.
The kitchen, modern and roomy, has all the gear you need to cook for ten and you can eat by the riverside, on the shaded kitchen terrace, on the sun terrace or in the family sitting room. A food delivery service can be arranged (including your breakfast croissants) if you need a break. All bedrooms have stunning views across the lush gardens.
Laze in the walled pool, play tennis, croquet or ping pong, wander the gardens to find red squirrels and woodpeckers. Light the fire pit on the river bank while more adventurous souls launch themselves or a canoe into the calm waters flowing past.
