Pascale is very proud of her French breakfasts: everything is homemade including yogurt, jams from the many fruit trees in the garden, viennoiserie, cakes, biscuits, pancakes and Pain Perdu flavoured with orange blossom. Freshly squeezed orange juice comes from their own trees. Wake up and smell the roses from the patio (15 varieties share the garden, along with lavender bushes, horse-chestnut, fig and citrus trees.)
Large bedrooms all have minibars and you can make your own tea and coffee whenever you want - there's even a turn-down service so you'll feel very well looked after. Inside, find Louis XVI Provençal cabinetry and stone fireplaces; oak parquet floors and marble bedside tables; a natural stone basin and a sunken bath.
Explore the cobbled streets of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, then soak tired limbs in the security pool with Opiocolor mosaic tiling. After dusk...pastis and boules on the floodlit court.
