This is a relaxed place, restored in traditional French style with unusual bedrooms built into the rock hillside, some with exposed stone walls, some with their own entrance to the garden and all with antiques and pretty fabrics. The open kitchen/dining area is spacious, there's an open fire too, but mostly this is about being outdoors. You'll find a beautifully-maintained pool, petanque, table football, pool table and plenty of grape-hung arbours for lounging with a book.
Two or three can work happily in the well-equipped kitchen and there are basics for cooking in the cupboards as well as coffee/tea etc. A long table indoors can seat everybody comfortably for convivial meals but these can all happen outdoors too.
You're ensconced in the gentle Luberon countryside, surrounded by vines and agricultural land and with views to the mountains from the garden. Long summer evenings will be memorable.
