The walking is outstanding: over 40km of clearly marked paths beckon. Return to cool off in the pool with views or a comfortable seat outdoors, and a good book. You're just a short walk from the famous wine-growing village of Gigondas with outdoor cafes and restaurants.
Thierry's selection of French cheeses is outstanding, and the chef has been with them for many years. A place to unwind, eat good food and enjoy the views and deep peace.
