Exactly what you need if you're overtired, burnt out or stressed - and with no children allowed, it's peaceful too. The terrace has panoramic views, there's a super pool for just floating about or resisting the pool current, a yoga studio, a shade shack for a quiet read, an upstairs communal sitting room with a big screen and comfy seating.
You will be fed well: breakfast in the dining room – or outdoor terrace – is a feast of fresh breads, yogurts, eggs, homemade granola and homemade plum jam from the orchards; supper is offered four nights a week, with vegetables and tomatoes coming from the owners' potager, and Sunday night is homemade pizza – worth staying in for. They have an excellent wine cave too.
You sleep in immaculate ground floor bedrooms with king size, well-dressed beds (all can be twins) and contemporary bathrooms with sustainable soaps and lotions. Walks and cycles are from the door and in an effort to be more sustainable each guest gets a free water bottle to take home.

Dogs are welcome in both house and garden - and off the lead if well behaved! Excellent local walks in surrounding countryside or feel free to leave them here while you're out.
