Villa Pier'Art - Self-catering house in Calvados

This is a quiet neighbourhood of smart villas, all screened from each other by trees on a secure estate. Downstairs, interiors are open-plan and airy with plenty of comforts: a beautiful sitting room separated from the dining area by a neat kitchen hub, games for adults and children, and an immense home cinema screen hiding behind an impressionist painting – there's also a water vapour fireplace. Cooks will appreciate the generously equipped kitchen and you'll find a considerable amount of useful groceries, plus a bar complete with drinks.
Bedrooms (one downstairs and four up, including a super children's room) have gorgeous views, some to the sea, and five bathrooms sparkle. In summer you'll be on the deep terrace, occupying a sunbed and enjoying the peace, floating in the serene pool (heated from April to October), having long lunches at the large table, firing up the state-of-the art barbecue.
Shops, restaurants and glorious beaches are just a short drive.
