The one-storey contemporary steel and glass building makes the most of the wonderful views from the three bedrooms. Walk straight out through sliding glass doors to your own patio with sunbeds, eat at a long wooden table in the dining room or outside under the pergola. There's also a lovely living room with comfortable mid-century chairs for a quiet read or a game of cards. Lines are clean and the feel is unfussy, minimalist.
Breakfast on fresh breads and jams, local ricotta and other cheeses, yogurt and cereals, sometimes a fruit tart. Dinner can be arranged in advance and will include fresh vegetables from the garden, pastas and Eleonora's delicious cakes and puddings. You're right in the thick of the winery here, so tour the cellars, taste thrilling biodynamic wines, learn about the wine story.
A grand spot for walks, you have 20 hectares to roam, or amble 2km into Manciano (which you can see) for shops and restaurants.
