Three calm, light-filled suites, each with huge windows framing sweeping views across the valley, have hand-woven traditional Alentejo woollen headboards, luxurious twin or double beds (with handmade mattresses), crisp Portuguese linens, en suite shower rooms and private verandas, perfect for slow mornings or quiet evenings with a glass of wine.
Breakfasts, which can be taken in your room or in the clubhouse, are generous and locally sourced: soft goat’s cheese, local honey, homemade marmalades, free-range eggs, local sausages, as well as a choice of Ana's home-baked cakes.
Join a guided hike through the surrounding hills to sample the local wines, take a swim in the infinity pool and admire the view, or simply sit under the stars and soak up the silence.
