These stylish, characterful casitas with private terraces and a heated pool are just the ticket for those needing a spot of rest and recuperation. Sunbathing by the sparkling pool can be done in privacy on wooden loungers behind semicircles of zocos stone, cascading bougainvillea and dazzlingly whitewashed walls. Both casitas are light and bright indoors, with splashes of colour from floor rugs; lamps are handmade by the owner.
Inviting bedrooms have large sliding glass doors, leading out to private terraces with comfortable seating and occasional tables (Luna has its own jacuzzi too). Well-equipped kitchens make holiday cooking easy and you're left a thoughtful hamper of local treats, including Lanzarote wine and homemade marmalade.
You're just a short stroll from the peaceful village of Guatiza which has a shop, an interesting church and three restaurants. The iconic Jardín de Cactus is less than a quarter of an hour's walk.
