You access all the cottages from completely different areas - it's a rambling sort of a place - so you'll not feel overlooked by anybody and those seeking privacy will be happy. Colours are warm, the floors are original brick and beams soar overhead.
You're just off a tiny country road in a very rural setting with a footpath from the house. Stride in one direction to the church or the other for a good pub and micro-brewery. You'll find a hugely generous welcome hamper in the kitchen with all you need for at least two big breakfasts and basics like milk and fruit.
It's homely here with a lovely garden and orchards for sitting out where your dog can also roam free. Even when the weather isn't playing you'll feel cosy and uplifted indoors with a book and the smell of woodsmoke scenting the air.
