An old winery dating from the 19th century, now completely opened up to reveal a double-height living space with a massive glass wall looking out onto the garden. It's light, bright and very spacious and there's also a den for escaping teenagers or grown ups with a book. Highly original furniture, pictures and vintage motorbikes give a surprise around every corner and nothing jars the eye – all is perfectly orchestrated.
Bedrooms (not huge) all have different themes and colour schemes but are extremely comfortable and will be a joy to sleep in. Insightful thought has gone into landscaping the garden, pool (the level of which you can control with the press of a button) and terrace so you'll feel incredibly relaxed out here. Convivial meals on the covered terrace will be memorable and the kitchen has all its gadgets hidden away for sheer beauty.
Vincent can organise most things – yoga, massage, paddle boarding, even breakfast.
